Northwest Arkansas Trails
Northwest Arkansas is continuously improving their extensive trail system and the Razorback Regional Greenway, an intricate road-based and off-road trail system spreading across the Benton and Washington counties. Mount Sequoyah highly recommends that guests take advantage of the many hiking trails in Northwest Arkansas. There is an unpaved hiking and mountain bike trail located just across Skyline Drive (out past the pool and other recreation facilities). The Mount Sequoyah Woods Trail boasts exhilarating climbs and steep inclines. The City of Fayetteville describes the Mount Sequoyah Woods Trail as:

Mt. Sequoyah Trail is a natural trail which meanders through heavily wooded and occasionally rugged, undisturbed forest on the east side of Mt. Sequoyah. Information kiosks are available near the trail heads along Williams Drive and Happy Hollow Road. A picnic area is also available a short distance from the trail head along Happy Hollow Road. Parking is available along Paddock Road.
