Weddings

Our goal is the same as yours. We want to make your wedding day one to remember. At this beautiful mountain top location looking over the city of Fayetteville, you can plan that special day.

Mount Sequoyah offers many packages for the wedding couple to consider. Check out these options, or call Rebecca at 479-443-4531 to discuss a customized option for you. You may also send us a note using the envelope icon on the lower right of this page.

Grand Package – $3200

This package includes space for a reception and ceremony at Mount Sequoyah. If you are looking to have everything in one location for your special day, this is for you.

  • Vesper Point Outdoor Chapel
    • The ideal spot for a beautiful outdoor ceremony, Vesper Point can seat up to 400 guests. The couple will have the space reserved for approximately a 36-hour period (one half day preceding your wedding day and all day on the day of your wedding). This provides plenty of time to decorate and host your wedding rehearsal.
  • Martin Chapel
    • This venue is provided as a back-up indoor venue for inclement weather, and can seat up to 150 guests.
  • Bailey Center
    • The Bailey Center can seat up to 250 guests at round tables. The couple will have the space reserved for approximately a 36 hour period (one half day preceding your wedding day and all day on the day of your wedding). This provides plenty of time to decorate and host your wedding reception. Couples may host their rehearsal dinner in the space prior to their wedding day, but Mount Sequoyah will not provide additional cleaning services between events unless contracted to do so.
  • The space rental includes table and chair set up for indoor spaces as long as the couple provides their needs at least one week prior to their event.
  • This package provides a portable sound system at the outdoor chapel as well as a microphone for the officiant. The Bailey Center has a built-in sound and projector system, two microphones, and Wi-Fi.
  • Two hotel-style rooms are included on the day of the wedding for the wedding party.
  • One additional hotel-style room or house is included on the day of the wedding and for up to two nights (night before and night of the wedding).

This provides plenty of time to decorate and host your wedding reception. Additional Items

  • Vesper Point Lawn or Williams-Ware Gazebo Lawn (no tables and chairs included) $500
  • Mount Sequoyah can cater your event from rehearsal dinner to reception and send-off brunch. Please inquire about our fabulous catering options!
  • If you would like golf carts for transportation around the Mount Sequoyah campus, please contact Clear Creek Vehicles (clearcreekvehicles.com).
  • Linens, tents, and outdoor chairs and tables must be rented through third-party vendors. Vendors can deliver directly to Mount Sequoyah, and all items must be picked up by the end of your facility reservation. Exceptions must be coordinated and approved by the Mount Sequoyah Office.
  • Your guests can stay at Mount Sequoyah! We have a wide variety of hotel-style rooms and houses that can be reserved for your group. Room blocks of 10 or more rooms qualify for a discount. Please visit mountsequoyah.org for pictures and descriptions of lodging options.

Details to Consider

Cancellation Policy

  • The initial payment of 15% of the total event cost will be forfeited if event is cancelled at any time.
  • Refunds given to events cancelled within 30 days of the event are subject to management approval.

Facilities

  • Alcohol is permitted on campus, but Event Insurance is required.
  • No smoking allowed inside any facility.
  • We are a gun-free campus.

Timeline for Wedding Planning

Within 10 days of booking:

  • $250 cleaning deposit (refundable if contract is fulfilled)
  • First payment of 15% of Estimated Total Event Cost (non-refundable)
  • Signed copy of Mount Sequoyah Contract

2 Weeks prior to the event date:

  • Remaining charges and fees must be paid in full
  • Final count for event set-up, food and beverage purposes (if applicable)
  • Setup description finalized for any tables and chairs (if applicable)
  • Proof of Event Insurance (if applicable)
