Summer 2023 Application is OPEN

Every summer, our staff expands to include counselors, lead instructors, lifeguards, and more to facilitate our camp and swim programs. Applications are already open for Summer 2023 and will be considered on a rolling basis. There will be multiple opportunities to interview.

We are hiring for the following positions:

  • Camp Coordinator (starts at $16/hour)
  • Camp Counselors (starts at $11/hour)
  • Lead Instructors (starts at $14/hour)
  • Head Lifeguard (starts at $14/hour)
  • Lifeguards (starts at $12/hour)
  • Marlins Swim Team Coaches (starts at $11/hour)

Hourly rate depends on education and experience. We are also looking to fill the volunteer position of Junior Counselor (multiple available).
