Camp Sequoyah
During the summer, we offer full-day, week-long camps for children ages 5-12. We also offer multi-day camps throughout the school year to provide childcare during school breaks.
Each day of camp includes fun games, crafts, activities, and swimming (summer only)! Campers are divided into small groups for safety and spacing. Groups are determined by age. All activities are subject to change based on weather, staff availability, and current COVID-19 guidelines. No matter what day of the week it is, our goal is to keep kids engaged, active, and, of course, having fun all day long!
Camp runs 7:45 am - 5:15 pm
Lunch and two snacks are provided each day
Fee: $305 per week including $25 non-refundable deposit (multi-week discounts available)
Please contact Camp Director Melissa Caffrey with questions!
Registration is OPEN for Summer Camp, Spring Break Camp, & Trike Theatre Classes.

As of January 29, all seven weeks of summer camp are currently waitlisting. There is often movement on the waitlists as families shift vacation plans. Please sign up for the waitlist for your desired camps ASAP by following the regular registration.
Summer Camps & Ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic
While we are thrilled that many of our campers have benefited from the expansion of vaccine eligibility this past fall, the emergence of both the Delta and Omicron variants has kept many of our existing protocols in place for the time being. As the summer approaches, we will continue to monitor the situation locally.
We opened registration to accommodate our pre-pandemic capacity of 100 campers per week. Campers will start the day altogether and then be divided into smaller groups for activity rotations and lunch/snacks. Groups will be determined by age. All activities are subject to change based on weather and staff availability.
At this time masks will be required inside when not eating (at a distance), but this could change as we approach the summer months.
**NEW: Beginning this summer, we will require COVID-19 vaccines for all campers & staff. Camp families will have until June 1 to update and receive all vaccination doses according to current eligibility.**
If CDC guidelines or state restrictions alter in the coming months (i.e. our current situation improves and becomes safer for more people to gather together, boosters become approved for children, or the situation continues to worsen), we will communicate and adjust accordingly. This means that there is always a chance that spots could become available from the waitlist. It is very important that you sign up for the waitlist as soon as possible. Make sure to fully “check out” even though you won’t be charged. You should still receive a confirmation email that says “waitlisted” in orange.
Summer Camps
School Break Camp, After School Classes, & Ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic
Although we entered the year with more hope as local distribution of vaccines began, the emergence of both the Delta and Omicron variants has kept many of our existing protocols in place for the end of 2021 and into 2022. As we open registration for our early 2022 mid-school year camps and classes, we are still planning to include additional safety measures and a slightly altered camp structure.
We plan to initially open registration to accommodate 45 campers per day based on our current staffing capacity. Campers will start the day altogether and then be divided into smaller groups for activity rotations. Groups will be determined by age as well as families’ preferences for keeping siblings together. Lunch is included each day. All activities are subject to change based on weather and staff availability.
At this time masks will be required inside when not eating (at a distance).

Trike Theatre @ Mount Sequoyah
We’re kicking off creative drama classes with Trike Theatre! You’ve already seen their teaching artists serve as special guests for our Create Camp during the summer, and we are thrilled to welcome them to our campus throughout the year! No experience is necessary to participate.
