Executive chef Justus Moll joined Mount Sequoyah in January 2019 with the expressed goal to increase our culinary program and its footprint in northwest Arkansas. Chef Justus describes his style as rustic Americana. With a degree in political science, Justus is self taught when it comes to his culinary skills, having worked under some great influences at both Greenhouse Grille and Ella’s before taking the helm at River Grille Steakhouse in Bentonville, where he remained for six years before joining our team. Justus brings an enthusiasm for collaboration, exploration, and simply good food. He will be creating a series of special dinners throughout the year, including educational dinners and his signature Dining in the Dark.
