Our executive chef Justus Moll has partnered with Columbus House Brewery to bring you a four course dinner to be carefully paired with four different locally brewed beers. Brews will also be used in the cooking process. A brewmaster will be on hand to discuss their brewing process and what makes each beer special. Chef Justus will then explain his process of developing the menu for the evening and the elements he looks to for pairing each dish with each beer. A welcome beer will also be served.

Doors open at 6:30 with dinner at 7:00.
