Does it seem like Farm to Table is happening everywhere but at your house? This is the class for you! We will begin at the Fayetteville Farmers Market on the downtown square! Market Director Lean Halsey will lead students on a tour and shopping session to meet local farmers and pick their produce.
After shopping the class will move to Mount Sequoyah where Chef Justus Moll will offer some original recipes for the local products. Participants are encouraged to invite a guest to enjoy their creations.

- How to follow the season, what’s ripe right now
- Venturing out, trying new vegetables
- What is a CSA box and how to use it
This course will be Saturday, September 19 from 9 am to 1 pm, and the cost is $50 per person or $80 per couple.
