Summer is and ideal and popular time to fire up the grill!
Attendees will learn to butcher cuts of beef, pork and chicken. Chef Justus Moll will lead students in preparations for each type of meat, including recipes. Students will throw the meat on the grill and prepare side dishes for a guest to sample their handy work.

This course will be Sunday, August 9th from 1 – 6 pm, and the cost is $65 per person, or $110 per couple.
