Is a white wine really the best to pair with fish and does it even matter any more?
Learn which wine pairs best with which foods in this tutorial style course class led by Chef Justus Moll and a local sommelier. Attendees will sample wines from bubbly to rich reds, as well as foods, and learn the notes to look for when pairing. The sommelier will also lend their expertise on where to find and purchase each wine locally. Chef Moll will prepare the food and provide recipes.
