Feel Good Food – Culinary Class

Join us for a fun cooking class on March 13th from 1 – 6 pm. With some minor tweaks to dishes you already love, you can greatly improve your health and overall sense of well-being without sacrificing a thing. In this class, participants will discover new dishes, as well as gain insights into simple ingredient substitutions and a variety of preparation techniques that will take not-so-healthy meals and make them into something that you feel really good about eating…and they’ll taste great, too!
