Wine Dinner with Langman Estate Winery, August 7

Please join us to celebrate and connect with others at our Wine Dinner with Langman Estate Winery. The event will feature a five course dinner by Executive Chef Kaitlyn Rush paired with Langman Estate wines. Owner Jim Langman will be speaking throughout the evening about the fantastic wines that you’ll be sampling. All tables will be safely distanced from one another and servers will be wearing masks. All participants must wear a mask until seated at their tables and when moving about the space. Seating begins at 6:00 pm, and the first course will be served at 6:30 pm.

MENU:

First Course: Pan-Seared Feta, Fried Artichoke, Lemon Honey Gastrique, Crostini paired with Nina’s Pinot Grigio

Second Course: Shrimp, Smoked Chicken Barbera Broth, Oven Dried Tomato, Spanish Chorizo, French Bread paired with Edith’s Block Barbera

Third Course: Pomegranate Molasses Salmon, Wilted Garlic Shallot Spinach, Pistachio paired with Raymond’s Rows Petite Syrah

Fourth Course: Black Pepper Crusted, Red Wine Braised Brisket, Smoked Bleu Cheese Bearnaise, Seared Mushroom, Parsnip Potato Puree, Crispy Garlic paired with the Bordeaux Blend

Fifth Course: Vanilla Bean Ice Cream Handmade by Travis Spencer, Heaven’s Kiss Reduction, Grilled Peach, Toasted Coconut Flake paired with William’s Estate Reserve Cab Franc
