Toast to Earth Day with Bites and Flights

We are kicking off the Earth Day weekend with a three-part wine and food pairing event featuring light bites from Noble Graze and wine pairings from sommelier Erin Vonfeldt. This is the perfect happy hour option – you can drop in any time between 5 pm and 7 pm and stay as long as you like, enjoying the food and wine inside or on the new Dining Room patio area. Music will be provided by the one and only Abby Howard.

Station One: Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Pita, Crudites with Paul René, Blanc de Blancs, Brut, Western Cape, South Africa

Station Two: Mini Jarcuterie: Castelvetrano Olive, Assorted Salami, Manchego, Flavor Bomb Tomato, Gouda, Crackers, Almonds with Bodegas Breca, Garnacha de Fuego, Calatayud, Spain

Station Three: Honey Goat Cheese Truffle, Fruit and Nut Crisp Cracker, Dried Apricot, Berries with Shannon Ridge, High Elevation Chardonnay, Lake County, California

In honor of the Earth Day weekend, we will be utilizing reusable items at this event – it is our goal to have as little waste generated as possible!
