Six-course dinner featuring food from each region of the United States! A cocktail pairing option will be available for this as well.

  • First Course: Pacific Northwest Charcuterie Board featuring Salmon Candy, PNW cheeses and accoutrements.
  • Second Course: Rocky Mountain Poutine – Yuca, Cactus, Potato Frites with Bison,
  • Third Course: Southwestern Pork and Hominy Posole Stew with Fiesta Toppings.
  • Fourth Course: Northeastern Shrimp and Crab Cake with a truffle lemon salad and pickled red onion.
  • Fifth Course: Southern Fried Chicken Thighs and Ho Cakes with a side of Dirty ‘ol Hoppin’ John.
  • Sixth Course: Salt-of-the-Earth Midwestern Dirt Cake
