During this particularly divisive time in our nation’s history, it is essential that we have individuals in the workplace who can effectively and appropriately handle conflict.
This session will uncover and expose participants to the 5 strategies for managing conflict. Conflict is a growth industry and leaders must learn how, among other strategies, to decompress, deflect and disarm conflict. Conflicts that emerge at work and at home can be disruptive and infectious. The learning outcomes are as follows:
– Become familiar with conflict resolution vernacular which is critical in any conflict
– Broaden communication skills that will help re-calibrate the approach to conflict
– Spearhead a Mission, Vision et al statement around managing conflict
