Our goal is the same as yours. We want to make your wedding day one to remember. This serene mountain top location will enhance and add to your story, with ceremony, reception, and lodging all in one convenient and picturesque location. We welcome all couples to wed at Mount Sequoyah.

Grand Package

Life will be grand when you have everything you need in one location!  This package includes overnight lodging and day-of preparation space, along with venues for ceremony and reception, plus more. Rates starting at $6000.

Hundreds of couples have gotten married on the Mountain and you could be one of them! This package includes overnight lodging and day-of preparation space, along with the beautiful outdoor chapel at Vesper Point, plus more. Rates starting at $2500.

You can also get married elsewhere and come to the Mountain for your party after!  This package includes overnight lodging and day-of preparation space, along with your reception venue of choice, plus more. Rates starting at $4500.

Vesper Point Outdoor Chapel

The ideal spot for a beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony, Vesper Point can seat up to 400 guests.

Reception Venues

Millar Lodge, Parker Hall, or our Dining Room each make for a lovely backdrop for a wedding reception, and can accommodate guest lists of up to 240.

Setup

The space rental includes table and chair set up for indoor spaces. The couple provides their needs at least two weeks prior to their event.

AV

Venues come with sound systems, microphones, screens, projectors and Wi-Fi.

Preparation Space & Lodging

An on-site house is included on the day of the wedding and for up to two nights (night before and night of the wedding).

Vesper Point Outdoor Chapel

The ideal spot for a beautiful wedding ceremony adjacent to the Mount Sequoyah overlook, the outdoor chapel at Vesper Point can seat up to 400 guests.

Setup

The outdoor chapel has built-in seating but additional tables and chairs can be provided based on availability and the couples' needs.

Sound system and microphone(s) are included.

Preparation Space & Lodging

An on-campus house is included on the day of the wedding and for up to two nights (night before and night of the wedding).

Vesper Point Lawn or Williams-Ware Gazebo Lawn (no tables and chairs included) $500

Outdoor Rentals

Linens and tents must be rented through third-party vendors. Vendors can deliver directly to and pick up from Mount Sequoyah.

Lodging

We have a wide variety of hotel-style rooms and houses that can be reserved for your group. Room blocks of 10 or more rooms qualify for a discount.
Timeline

Wedding Planning

Within 10 days of booking:

  • First payment of 15% of Estimated Total Event Cost (non-refundable)
  • Signed copy of Mount Sequoyah Contract and Wedding Addendum

2 Weeks prior to the event date:

  • Remaining charges and fees must be paid in full
  • Final headcount for event set-up (if applicable)
  • Set-up description finalized for any tables and chairs (if applicable)
  • Proof of Event Insurance (if applicable)
Policy

Details to Consider

Cancellation Policy

  • The initial payment of 15% of the total event cost will be forfeited if event is cancelled at any time.
  • Refunds given to events cancelled within 30 days of the event are subject to management approval.

Facilities

  • Alcohol is permitted on campus, but Event Insurance is required.
  • No smoking allowed inside any facility.
  • We are a gun-free campus.
  • Additional details in the Weddings Policies and Procedures document and Mount Sequoyah Contract.
